We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a Contractor or that any Contractor will perform any services.

2. Independent Contractors
All Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Castle Rock Plumbing. We do not guarantee that any Contractor is licensed, insured, qualified, or capable of performing the requested service. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any Contractor.

You understand and agree that:

• We do not control how Contractors perform their services.
  
• We are not responsible for any damages, delays, or disputes that arise from work performed (or not performed) by a Contractor.
  
• Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the Contractor.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy of Contractor information,
• The quality of work performed, or
• The reliability or safety of any Contractor.

Your use of our Site is at your own risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Any warranty, guarantee, or promise regarding workmanship, materials, or service outcomes is solely between you and the Contractor who performs the work. Castle Rock Plumbing does not provide, extend, or honor any warranties or guarantees for services completed by Contractors.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You authorize us to share your information with one or more Contractors so they can contact you by phone, text, or email about your service request.
• You acknowledge that submitting your information does not guarantee service, pricing, or availability from any Contractor.

Castle Rock Plumbing is not a party to any agreements made between you and a Contractor and will not participate in or be responsible for resolving any such disputes.

You release and hold us harmless from any and all claims or damages of any kind arising from or related to services provided by a Contractor.
